Joan Buzick
President,
Buz-Land Presentations
Creator of the concept
"What Went Right Today?"

A knowledgeable and enthusiastic leader, Joan has a proven track record for bringing out the best in people. Her keynote speeches and workshop presentations provide real and measurable benefits in business, education and on the personal level.

Joan's unique expertise has evolved in extensive roles as founder and director of a successful childcare corporation, leader in several professional organizations, and world traveler. She has earned Master's Degrees in Educational Administration from Rider University (NJ) and in Applied Psychology from New York University.
In her spare time, Joan has taught courses at several colleges in NJ and PA.

Joan spends extensive amounts of time at conference and group presentations. Word has spread nationally about Buz-Land Presentations' concepts, services and products. Joan is a member of the Toastmasters International Hall of Fame, and in 2003 she was selected for "Toastmaster of the Year" honors for the NY-NJ metropolitan area. She has been recognized for her outstanding leadership skills by several other organizations. Joan enjoys traveling internationally, discovering the behaviors and music that bring people together.


Lindy Judd

Lindy Judd has worked in the fields of social work, drug and alcohol counseling, and Christian ministry for over twenty years. Currently she divides her time between her private practice at ExtraCare Health Services in Old Bridge, New Jersey, and as a Clinical Outreach Representative for Seabrook House, an alcohol and drug treatment center in Seabrook, New Jersey.

Lindy earned a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary and a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University, New Jersey. She is licensed as a clinical social worker (LCSW) and a clinical
alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC). She conducts classes and workshops regularly on the topics of addiction and the family, eating disorders, and other mental health issues.

Golf and volleyball fill her spare time as well as any opportunity to dote on her nieces and nephews, Natalie, Malcolm, Phillip, Morgan, Tori, and Clarissa.
James Kevin Sullivan

Jim earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at New York’s School of Visual Arts and continues his education at New York University, the School of Visual Arts, and the AIGA. Jim is an award-winning illustrator and designer.

Jim regularly consults for New York area publishing companies. To date, his finest works are his children, Marjorie and Quinn, although he’ll admit he had some creative input from his wife Rose.

Michael Struk
Vice President, Marketing

Mike has driven the management side of business as a successful entrepreneur and franchise owner in the restaturant business.
He also served in several management positions of increasing visiblity and responsibility in the hospitality area, finally as the general manager in a prominent hotel chain in the Northeast US.

Michael is a Certified Hotel Administrator, an honor awarded to a small percentage of  lodging professionals. His keen creative vision, financial wisdom, and organizational skills contribute to marketing and product development for the Buz-Land team.
